Add a photo to a menu itemVendor · Save the item first, then upload its dish photo from your menu.
  1. Open the Owner dashboard and locate Live menu / Availability. If the item is new, choose Add a menu item, enter its details and save it first. The Add a menu item form does not upload photos.
  2. Find the saved item in your menu. Under Dish photo, use Upload photo and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file no larger than 5 MB. Use an accurate food photo that you own or have permission to use. Choosing the file starts the upload; images are resized automatically.
  3. Read the upload feedback. Pending approval means ForkSignal must review the photo before customers can see it. If you are replacing a photo, the current public photo stays unchanged during review. Another upload is unavailable while a photo is pending.
  4. Use View submitted photo when available to check your upload. If it is rejected, read the reason and upload a corrected image. If uploading fails, read the error and try again; contact support if the problem continues.

Submit or recover a vendor applicationVendor · Check review status without submitting the same application again.
  1. Complete the business details, current truck photo and applicant declaration on the vendor application page. Submission does not make a listing public; ForkSignal reviews it first.
  2. If an upload or submission is interrupted, keep the page open and select Check application status. This checks for a received application without submitting again. Unsaved entries are not retained after closing or reloading the page.
  3. If your session expires, open your account in the separate tab to sign in, then return and check status. For requested corrections, read the reviewer note and submit your response. Contact support if the status remains unclear; never include passwords or payment details.
